November 21st, 2022 – TheNewswire – Edmonton, AB – It’s a simple goal – ensure families are fed. Axe Monkeys owner, Dave Calhoun, saw a growing need for non-perishable food items needed by the Edmonton Food Bank and decided to step up and help.

Axe Monkeys has a Mobile Rage Room and they are going to be filling it during November 21st to 27th to do their part in ensuring vulnerable Edmonton families are not enduring hunger, especially during the frigid cold of the holiday season.

  They will also

be donating $5 for every paid customer that comes into the facility this week to throw axes, rage in the rage room, and mobile axe throwing bookings.

“It’s crucial to help the community and the under served at this time” says Calhoun. “If every person brings just one item to the food bank, no family should be hungry.”

The campaign is a timely one as the Edmonton Food Bank continues to struggle with record-low food donations at the time of year when they are most needed.

“It’s our way of giving back to the community in a way that is meaningful to those who need it most.”

The Mobile Rage Room will be working with local companies to arrange donation pickups over the week-long campaign. Anyone can get involved and help.
